Yes. Everything we sell is hemp-derived and contains ≤ 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, which makes it federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Some states still restrict specific cannabinoids — we will not ship to states where it's prohibited.
Depends on the product. Delta-8, Delta-9 hemp edibles, THCa flower, and THCP all produce psychoactive effects similar to traditional cannabis. CBD, CBG, and CBN do not. Read each product page or ask the chat assistant.
Probably yes for any THC-containing product (Delta-8, Delta-9, THCP, THCa). Drug tests look for THC metabolites and can't tell the difference between hemp-derived and traditional cannabis. CBD-only products are usually safer but not guaranteed.

Unopened products in original packaging within 14 days. We can't take back opened consumables for safety/legal reasons. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Cool, dark, dry place. Out of direct sunlight. For flower, an airtight container with a humidity pack (Boveda 62%) keeps it fresh. Edibles and tinctures can go in a cabinet; refrigeration extends shelf life but isn't required.
For psychoactive products: start with a low-dose edible (5mg or less) or a small pull from a vape. Wait at least 2 hours before re-dosing edibles — they hit slower than flower or vapes. For non-psychoactive: any of our CBD or CBG products are gentle entry points.
